Anyone else suffering from vulvar varicosities ("cheeseburger crotch")?!? - varicosities more condition_symptoms

I had this last pregnancy, so ... but this time came long ago, and it seems no improvement ... Anyone have any advice? I take 14 hours travel by car, and I fear will get worse! I am 28 weeks pregnant and was swollen for about a month now! I call my doctor, well ... see if anyone is out there suffereing? I (only one side ... and for those who did not know what it is ... it is an inflammation of the mouth)
